On December 11, 2014, ASU hosted a visit from US Secretary of Energy Ernest Moniz.  QESST Executive Director, Dr. Matt Fraser, briefly discussed QESST research with Dr. Moniz during a tour of research facilities at ASU.  During a poster session and reception, QESST Scholars Mike Minjares, Tim Reblitz, Apoorva Srinivasa and Travis Stowers discussed their project – installing residential PV systems on the Navajo Nation in northern Arizona – with Secretary Moniz.
