Here are the details: Arrival of out of town guests:   Sunday, May 4 Preparation day:  Monday, May 5 Site visit presentations:  Tuesday and Wednesday, May 6–7 QESST response to site visit issues:  Thursday, May 8 Departure:  Thursday and Friday, May 8–9 Please note that 2014 is the renewal year for the QESST ERC.  Therefore, it is important for all key personnel to be in attendance at this meeting.  Research will be presented at the thrust/testbed level by the thrust/testbed lead faculty. In addition to your participation in this meeting, we need to have students representing each institution and each project participating in the poster session.  Also, there will be a private meeting for the QESST students with the review team.  The Student Leadership Council will be organizing the student activities. Please pass this information along to your students, or others at your institutions who need to know, so they can get these dates on their calendars.  Information regarding agenda, lodging and other logistics (meeting location, etc.) will follow under separate cover.
